CH2M HILL Names Scott Haskins Principle Management Consultant for the Firm’s Water Business Group
CH2M HILL, a global full-service engineering, construction and operations firm, has named Scott Haskins vice president and principle management consultant for the firm’s Water Business Group.
In his new role, Haskins will be responsible for expanding CH2M HILL’s market share in the delivery of management and operations services throughout North America and international locations.

Operating out of CH2M HILL’s Bellevue, Washington office, Haskins brings more than 35 years of experience in public works and leadership in financial, contracting and water resource management. He has a seasoned track record pursuing innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of water utilities.

Haskins joins CH2M HILL from Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) where he held executive positions in resource management, operations and maintenance and utility systems management. While working for SPU, Haskins was responsible for overseeing his department’s water, emergency, asset and technology systems functions; as well as leading major inter-departmental projects.
He is active in industry organizations including the American Water Works Association, Water Environmental Foundation, the American Water Works Association Research Foundation, Water Environment Research Foundation, International Water Association, Global Water Research Coalition and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Haskins received a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington as well as a professional designation from the Design Build Institute of America.
