Ned Orrett, P.E., of Resource Performance Partners, Petaluma, made the initial hypothesis about the tremendous GHG reductions from high-performance end-use efficiency—and provided the detailed analysis to show how it would work for residential customers in Santa Rosa.
The article is based on the author’s contribution to Community Climate Action Plan: Sonoma County Community Climate Action Plan (www.coolplan.org/ccap-report), which was presented at WaterEC 2009.
